That’s What’s Up (Live), Edward Sharpe & The Magnetic Zeros

I’m raping the replay button just a little bit. Here is probably my favourite album out right now. This song is too cute.

(played 263 times)
Track: "I Can See Clearly Now the Rain is Gone"
Artist: Johnny Nash

I Can See Clearly Now, Johnny Nash

Ah, that bass. When I was younger, I used to hear this on the radio and think it rather monotonous. It was only earlier in the year - when it shuffled onto my iPod while I was sitting on a train and I consequently had to stop myself from fist pumping all over the place - that I realised: it’s actually a brilliant song.

Don’t spoon, it leads to forking. Which leads to spork.

What A Man, Linda Lyndell

I still find it hard to believe this is a white woman singing! It’s also devastating that the most recognized version of this song is a tacky pop sample of it. I love this song in its originality, here’s my attempt to memorialize it.
